This local demonstration stores the details you submit in its development database: contact information, enquiries, orders, messages, documents and session records. It does not send emails or share records with an external AI or carrier provider.

Workspace access

Customer records are restricted to their company. Authorized VBM staff can access records needed to operate the platform. Uploaded files are available only through permission-checked downloads.

Demo use

Use fictional data during testing. Demo credentials are public within this preview. Before a public launch, VBM must publish its legal entity and privacy contact, purposes and lawful bases, retention schedule, processor details and data-rights process.
